What is your shipping policy?

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM CST. All orders will ship within 48 hours of the next business day, unless a special circumstance arises. All title and risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers to reduce costs or expedite shipping times. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipments.

How long will it take to arrive?

We ship orders every Monday through Friday using standard shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within 7 days of shipment. Please note we do not ship on the weekends or major holidays. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. May I cancel my order?

Please contact us at 210-495-8836 Ext 5 or sales@2gringoschupacabra.com on the day you place your order. Due to our effort to ship out customer orders the following business day, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled. However, we can cancel your order provided your order has not entered the shipping process.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, you can have your order shipped out of the country although oftentimes the shipping costs more than the cost of the products. Please note there may be additional import fees to your particular country.

Can I have my package expedited?

Please call our office Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM at 210-495-8836 Ext. 5 to request expedited shipping.

How can I become a vendor?

Do you sponsor BBQ teams?

While we appreciate your using our products, we have temporarily suspended our sponsorship program due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive.

How do I request a donation?

Donations requests can be made via email at sales@2gringoschupacabra.com or by mail. All written requests for donations must be on your organization’s letterhead and received 90 days prior to your event. Please give information concerning the type of fundraiser and an approximate number of participants.  Address your letter to:

Are your rubs gluten free?

The individual herbs and spices in our blends do not contain any of the 8 major allergens outlined by the FDA. The facility that mixes our blends is an SQF level II certified facility, which requires the strictest measures possible to avoid any cross-contamination of allergens during receiving, storage, production, and post-production operations.
